• How long does my order take to ship?

We endeavor to get orders shipped out within 1 business day. Please always allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

• Do you offer international shipping? 

MumMilk offers worldwide shipping to all mothers. Shipping rates vary by location. For an accurate quote, please enter your delivery address in the cart.

• What is your return policy? 

Please ensure you're certain before ordering, as cancellations are not possible. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Our breast pumps and accessories are single-user for hygiene and safety, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once used. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue.

• Warranty

We provide a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on all breast pumps, starting from the purchase date. The warranty covers electrical parts but excludes consumable components. It is non-transferable and does not cover products bought from unauthorized distributors or second-hand sources. Repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period. The warranty covers manufacturer faults only, excluding wear and tear, liquid damage, or misuse. Damage to the charging port and negligence regarding motor maintenance are not covered. Always remove the motor before emptying the collector cup, and do not wash the motor.
